Welcome night & registration
Pick up your badge and reunion shirt, meet the committee, and let the branches find each other. Light food, long hugs.
Saturday, Aug 7 · Midday
Family day & cookout
The big one. Cookout, games for the kids, dominoes for everybody else, and the group photo we will be looking at in thirty years.
Bring a dish. You know which one is yours.
Saturday, Aug 7 · Night
Banquet & program
Dinner, the family program, honors for the elders, and dancing until the hotel asks us to stop.
Sunday, Aug 8 · Morning
Worship & farewell brunch
Service together, then brunch and goodbyes before everybody scatters back across the map.

Lodging
A hotel block goes up as soon as the city is settled, with a family rate and a link on this page. Nobody should be paying walk-up prices.
Cost
Registration covers the banquet, the cookout, and the shirts. Rates for adults, teens, and children get posted with the dates.
In between the meals
Workshops, classes & excursions
Nobody should spend the weekend sitting in a folding chair. We're planning interactive sessions for every age — business talks for the young folks, a family book club, a painter-led family tree, elder interviews, a recipe lab — plus a day trip in whichever city wins.
We're going to Baltimore.
The family voted, and Baltimore won. Help cover the venue, food, the bus from North Carolina, and entertainment through the reunion fund.
